Being near any body of water, especially the ocean, tends to clarify my emotions and quiet my mind. This is a nice sunset, though I’ve seen even more stunning ones here. If you have water nearby where you live, find a spot to sit and simply watch it. Notice its beauty, mystery, and the gentle grace of its movement. You might be surprised how quickly calm comes when you pause and attune to the water’s energy.
